Problem solved. Genius Wayne was trying to start the thing sans a key. We have lost 10mins, about 3kilos of body weight pushing the rick hundreds of metres trying to push-start, and about 20 girls hair bobbles to the locals helping us. Strong work!

Stopped to play cricket at another school. Their star player tanked both Tom and Wayno's best yorkers for 6. Place nearly erupted into a riot as we left without handing over our final cricket bat. We need it for big local game tomorrow!

another issue with the rick this morning, the most important of all tools has broken, the horn! But only 263k to go and we are on the highway already! Spent last night at great little hotel overlooking the fort. However,this morning I was tasked by the owner into writing a 'managers response' to a recent complaint on tripadvisor. My consultancy fee was not subtracted from the bill, but instead we received luck and prosperity bracelets!

Cable fixed and back on the road for 50rupee plus tip. In breaking news, absent 3CORONA member Andy Farmer has been refused re-entry into India as he headed back from his UK job interview to join us at the finish line. Indian bureaucracy at its finest. Perhaps he should claim to be part of the scottish commonwealth team. Or just dash for the exit. He is currently considering diplomatic options from kathmandu.
