Well we eventually left Khazakstan. In Russia now and the crossing only took 2 hours and not one bribe! We're still in shock!

well we managed to blow 6 tyres in 2 days between 2 cars! The toads are now sat in a service station 50km south of Oral hoping for rescue...!

Made it to Atiraw. Got picked up by the most friendly local and so we're now eating and drinking in his home. Staying the night here too!

Crack archaeology team have now excavated the car 5 times this morning. Why oh why do khazaks think sand makes a good road surface?!

Yet again more sitting at passport control. Someone we meant to see has gone to lunch! So 10 cars bein held on the ship while we sweat in port. Fun!
