WE'VE DONE IT!! We're officially in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Unable to update anything since we got into Mongolia which is why we have been a little quiet. Very sad to be leaving the car behind and to be finishing our trip but I think we're both looking forward to showering.
Early flight in 4 hours having been awake for 20 hours but it's all on the home stretch.
Altai Republic, Russia
at the border into Mongolia now and we've waited for 4 hours. Good times. Apparently its even longer the other side. Met alot of teams here, chatting with some guys from Italy. Hopefully be on the way this afternoon. Massive waste of time! Ad & Rog
Kurganskaya oblast, Russia
made it to Barnaul by 19:00. Found a cheap hotel to stay at and we're out for a bite to eat. Met another rally team and we might travel with them tomorrow. Had our helping of russian vodka so will sleep well tonight. Ad & Rog

We will be driving 10,000 miles through 12 different countries: across deserts, mountains and Kazakhstani villages in order to raise money for two charities (Macmillan Cancer Support and The Christina Noble Children's Foundation) and to hopefully have a bit of an adventure along the way.
