Order of business:

- Preliminary decision on Shitbox (Nissan Micra)

- Creation of Charity pages for both 'Coolearth' and 'Alfred hospital, Acquired brain injury rehab centre' (shaving of Dylan's head)

- Consumption of heaps of coffee/hot choc/OJ/Sandwiches

- Still deliberating on 3rd team member (prerequisites; must be hardcore and a straight up legend. Above all super chilled with the idea of all hell breaking loose at any moment... surely not too much to ask?)

- Final decision on route plan: southern via Turkey/middle east... sorry mum :s

- Shortlist of potential sponsorships compiled (better give us cash!!! got no funds and can't eat dreams)

Alfred Hospital

The Alfred Foundation has been chosen by the bAAd Larrys for many reasons but predominantly because the Alfred cared for Dylan’s close friend Olli, who passed away after a rock climbing accident and Grace’s younger sister was in the Alfred hospital last year after suffering a traumatic head injury falling from a horse. Therefore, it holds great significance for the team and in the lives of countless families, friends and patients that have also been associated with the Alfred Hospital. Home to one of the busiest emergency and trauma centres in the country, The Alfred has one of the largest and most advanced intensive care units in operation. It provides the most comprehensive range of specialist acute health and mental health services in Victoria.

Cool Earth

We all share a passion for raising awareness for the preservation of our natural world. The approach Cool Earth has to building partnerships with indigenous communities in areas that are greatly affected by rainforest deforestation ensures that the money raised is being put to good use. With your help team bAAd Larrys are excited to be able to support this worthy cause!
