Hi everyone!!

Brief history on me: While I was just a punk kid (still am at 33!!) I went to the World Games in 97 for Martial Arts and won two Bronze Medals and one Gold Metal. Worked for a dive shop during that time as a Dive Master and took people diving all over the world. Pay sucked but the experience was awesome. Shortly after I enlisted in the Navy, during my enlistment I got picked up for Commission in the Marine Corps. Loved the military and traveling, even my tours in Afghanistan and other hot area's were great (yes I'm crazy). Eventually I got tired of not seeing my kids grow up so I finished my time and got out. While in the military I loved to run marathons, triathlons and adventure races with my team guys. So when I got out and got into horses endurance was a natural draw to me. Entered my first race and won so I was hooked. I was fortunate enough to hook up with some endurance icons who really took me by the hand. It wasn't long before I had horses running at the North American Championship, Pre-WEG, Presidents Cup in Dubai and everything between. As it stands right now we are going back to the North American’s again this year and 2 horses possibly going to WEG, all ridden by other riders. Though I don't have a ton of endurance miles to my name I give most of my credit to the individuals that I have helped in my short time that have ridden my horses or allowed me to train theirs. They give credit to a lot of what I believe and stand for. I enjoy skydiving, scuba diving, rock climbing and pretty much anything and everything between. I am what I would consider a true “Adventurist!!” so this race is right up my alley. I look forward to meeting the other competitors, staff, people of Mongolia and of course our trusty steeds!
