This glorious day started off with loss of all electrics. No horn in Mumbai was like running out of toilet paper after a sloppy poo. It was messy. On the way to sight seeing Kalavantin Durg, we spotted 3 people taking dumps on the roadside. Filth. Once we hit the mountains leading up to Kalavantin Durg, we gave an old fella a 4km ride to his house and drove to the mountain base. Checked out the scenery then continued. Sorted out our electrics and after night driving we are here in Khed. Luckily this town has 1 hotel, and no western style toilets!

Somewhere in the last 120km we have lost our engine oil draining plug. Driving with no engine oil can't be very healthy I'm guessing

Had a good run from Mehsana with 'The Chronicles of Naania' and the Belgium green machine team. 300kms+ no major problems. Defiantly getting use to the Indian traffic. Have accustomed to zipping in and out of trucks and busses 3000 times out size and weight. Only problem gearbox starting to make some new music. Hopefully make it somewhere north of Delhi tomorrow and slow the pace down along the coast
