Just watched the sunrise over Darjeeling and the Himalaya! Now off for a final cuppa before dealing with the small matter of a broken rickshaw and a 700 km push to the finish.

A few relatively good days driving have bought us the time to spend the day in Varanasi. A welcome break indeed. Rickshaws are currently being overhauled while we soak up the atmosphere (and gin!).@

An uneventful day of motorway driving came to an abrupt end on hitting Hyderabad! After an hour of wacky racers through the traffic we find ourselves 'holed up' in the Taj Krishna hotel. Oh life can be one of such contrasts....@

A relatively smooth day has seen the Fur Balls cover almost 350km. Now holed up in a truly flea pit local

What a day. Lost the exhaust within the first hour - no problem. The lost the brakes in the early afternoon - slight problem. Particularly as it was raining, a lot, and we had just entered a tiger reserve.Eventually fixed (ish) by sundown and have now finished a 4hr night drive to get to Mysore.
Kerala, India
An interesting introduction! Only 100km or so achieved (in the right direction!) One rickshaw run off the road and one with a siezed piston. Thankfully all sorted and whole team now fed, watered and in hotel with aircon!@
