We decided to take it easy today and only travel about 120kms to the beaches of gokarna. Gonna have the afternoon off and a much needed swim in the ocean.

Our rickshaw broke down in the middle of the desert as the sun was setting. Luckily we waived down a taxi driver who us towed back into Pokaran. Booked into a hotel and we are the only people in the entire building. All in all an action packed and bizarre day!

The Punetang Warriors have been missioning through the markets of jaisalmer buying odds and ends for the start of the run tomorrow. Things like jerry cans, brightly coloured tassels for the rickshaw and a sturdy lock & chain so that no one mistakes it for their multicoloured poo-mobile. Excitement is mounting!
