Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
Finish line!. What an incredible experience, thanks a lot to The Adventurist for the inspiration (and respect for doing this 10yrs ago!) and all the people that I've met and have been following/supporting me.

Khovd, Mongolia
Got stuck for 3h at a river crossing playing sand castles (unburying the car) until a car came to the rescue. Still loving it! :-D
Khovd, Mongolia
Fantastic day: mongolian breakfast in my host's yurta, car fixed, 5h driving in the mountains including crossing rivers, camping under the stars... If only I wasn't being devoured by a zillion mosquitos!
Bayan Olgii, Mongolia
Car broke down again in Olgii, will this be its last breath or can I make to Ulaanbaatar?
Bayan-Ulgii, Mongolia
Just crossed the border with The Mongolian Job team, Ulaanbaatar here we come!
Altai Republic, Russia
Woohoo!. I highly recommend the road from Aleysk to Kosh-Agach (as per Google Maps and not passing by Barnaul), its long and tough but spectacular. My Punto behaved like a true warrior and came out victorious. Tomorrow morning border crossing to Mongolia!
Astana, Kazakhstan
WTF!, the "no road" to Astana from the north (M51-A1) is even worse than Moldovas', good fun the first hour but not after 3!. Left Chelyabinks 9am and made it to Astana 5am :-(
Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia
Chelyabinsk. Tomorrow Astana
Samara Oblast, Russia
14h of driving, what a come back!. Straight to bed, I'm exhausted.
Volgograd, Russia
Teams coming to Volgograd should try Hotel Lukomorie (http://www.booking.com/hotel/ru/lukomorie.html), they've been great hosts for the last 3 days, helped when my car broke down, and the food is amazing. You can contact Nicolas the owner on +7 (902) 656-74-07 and say you come recommended by Joseba. Good luck!
Captain, crew and only passenger of team Hemendik Horra requesting permission to navigate the frozen waters of Lake Baikal.
