Ymmm iawn boois! Fel ma dwrnod dolig yn mynd, arol chwalu cinio nath wella hangover fi bora ma i yfad y can o carlsberg ma dwin jyglo wrth sgwennu hwn ma fi 'Iwan', Connaire 'conza' a Steve "Preis" wedi decidio joinio y mother of all road trips y mongol rally! "Basiclly dreifio o Stiniog i Mongolia mewn heep gronc o gar! Ma wedi bod y wbath sydd di bod yn bygio ni ers hir i neud wan ond arol few cans ar noswyl y dolig ma swnio fel solid plan sydd deffonet yn digwydd! Few 'bumps in the road' yn barod excuse the pun, though sgena ni ddim Car a di Con im yn shwr iawn lle ma passport fo! Ond diom bwys. Hwn ydi blog gynta ni ar y page yma yn gymraeg, dwim yn gwbo be ma Conz di sgwennu ir "otherside" a fydda ni shwr o gadael i pawb wbod be sydd yn mynd ymlaen drost yr misoedd nesa!

Been a long time coming!

So it's Christmas day and we've finally committed and entered the infamous mongol rally 2016! It's been on my mind since returning from a summer climbing in the Italian dolomites, I was desperate to plan the next big thing.

So tonight after 3 cans, Christmas dinner, months of chatting, gaining and losing team members I, Steven Price and Iwan Cynfal of Blaenau Ffestiniog have paid and entered the mongol rally. A 10,000 mile journey across the continent.

It's going to be a chaotic few months ahead route planning, choosing the vehicle and organising visas, but as for now we will drink several cans more and look at pictures of mongolian dirt roads and St.Petersburg night clubs!
