Day 4: Kārwār

Ok so we have survived thus far. Quick rap up of the last 4 days. Day 1 Kochi - Guruvayor first day off the mark and we get to do loads of night driving!!! We also found out that Hotel in India does not mean a place you can stay. score 3/5. Day 2 Guruvayor - Thalassery we only got lost once today and we may or may not have hit a motorcycle... No harm no foul. Score 4/5. Day 3 Thalassery - Udupi we stopped for linch in the outskirts of Mangaluru and we found beer!!! Score 5/5. Day 4 Udupi - Kārwār took a dip in the ocean just outside of Udupi water was fantastic made really good progress but then spent forever finding a hotel. All in all a good day headed inland tomorrow towards Belgum. Score 4/5 Till next time. Josiah - Intrepid Brothers

With a belly full of Christmas dinner I sit here enjoying a glass of wine sitting in the sun. In less then 18 hours I will be jumping on a plane and heading to the start line for January's rickshaw run. The bag is packed, the camera is charged and I'm feeling bloody nervous.
