The Rickshaw Awakens for Cool Earth
As we gear up for the Rickshaw Run Sri Lanka in January 2025, we are driven by a deep sense of purpose. Our journey is not just about the thrill of the sporting event, but about supporting a cause close to our hearts. Cool Earth, an international NGO, is dedicated to funding Indigenous communities to protect endangered rainforests and combat the climate crisis. Their long-term partnerships with Indigenous villages and advocacy for basic income as an effective conservation strategy have inspired us beyond measure. We believe that by standing in solidarity with these communities, we can make a real difference in preserving our planet's precious ecosystems.
