As a team we decided to fundraise for the LauraLynn Children's Hospice. LauraLynn is a hospice for children with life-limiting conditions and residential care for young adults with disabilities. It is the only children's hospice in Ireland and was set up in 2001. They aim to offer care for the child as well as support and information for families. LauraLynn believes in caring for children with life-limiting conditions by providing respite, transitional, crisis, home support, and end-of-life care.
