Parts for the Zook

Happy to announce that BLG Racing has provided us with some new rear struts, 2x20L jerry cans and some wonderful advice.

Along with a replaced horn, repaired and replaced stereo head unit, and windshield sprayers that now are like super-soakers, we are slowly getting there.

T-minus 2 days to leaving for London.

Tomorrow we install the struts, do a little more running around...but all in all we are looking like we are in good shape.

Gearing up in Suffolk

So... the car runs, but has more rust than anything. Even the front tow-point has been ripped out from its mounting due to rust corrosion.

Suspension is soft and saggy all around but our tires are good. Its got no stereo, or horn (which we need to fix), but the lights work and it shifts okay. Despite it looking quite good with decals and all, it is actually pretty terrible.

TO DO: -buy some more gear -replace struts -replace springs -bleed brakes -coolant change -need battery -food and water to buy
