Imagine you're lost in a massive desert, hundreds of miles from civilisation, driving a car your granny would be embarrassed by. Then all of a sudden all your wheels fall off and the search for tools turns up a dirty sock and two dried apricots. That's the Mongol Rally - 10,000 miles of pure adventure over mountains, deserts and some of the most remote terrain on the planet with one charity goal:help The Lotus Children’s Centre, a Mongolian non-profit, non-government organisation that works with vulnerable children and families to provide the basic human rights of shelter, food and education. Our team is collecting money for this NGO and we will donate money collected together with the team´s car and ten laptops with educational resources.

Our team: Malo Será

The team members are Ángel M. Lage García and Marco A. López Grande, teachers of Maths and Technology at the “Río Miño” Secondary -School located in Rábade, Spain. We strongly believe in the worth of education for the development of any country, so we decided to join the rally to provide a little (just one 'little') help to improve the educational conditions in Mongolia.
During our trip, we will make a large photographic report about the Rally, the countries don't think you need 'that'it crosses and, of course, The Lotus Children’s Centre. The pictures taken will be shown in several exhibition halls and online, in our webpage and the official Mongol Rally team site.
