heading out after 2 days in Istanbul! We met up with Allessandro who lost his phone which we picked up on the first evening, had a drink with some more teams then went to the mechanic yesterday morning. He has sorted us out with a sump guard, welded our exhaust on , fixed our fog lights and lifted the suspension so we are all good to go! The mechanics son took us out for breakfast Yesterday & helped us get on the ferry before we went to the cisterns and the mosques. Today is a 8 hour drive to Cappadocia to hopefully watch the air balloons in the morning!

night 10 of camping, this time in Bulgaria! Onwards to Istanbul today. We decided to try help a fellow team mate who had left their phone in Bulgaria and moved on to turkey but ended up hitting our exhaust in the process so now it rattles a lot! Hopefully some one in Istanbul can hit us up with a sump guard, an exhaust and fix our fog lights!

Inglourious Basterds is a critically acclaimed movie about people who dared. Monglourious Basterds is a team of 4 largely inept friends who think they can survive long enough to make the journey from London to Mongolia and back. What’s the difference really?
