Hello! We are Riki and Enric, two cousins from Barcelona and we want to help PRO ACTIVA OPEN ARMS SAVING SYRIAN REFUGEES ON GREEK COAST. We are participating in 2016 Mongol Rally edition, a charity rally that raise money for different organizations. We want to use this adventure also to help Pro Activa Open Arms. We will drive from Barcelona to Mongolia acrossing Europe-Turkey-Iran-Turkmenistan-Uzbekistan-Kazakhstan-Mongolia with a Seat Marbella 1000cc engine car. With this adventure we want the create more media coverage to expand Pro Activa Open Arms's message. We are not lifeguards so we think this is the best way that we can help. We don't want money for paying our adventure for this reason we will also donate a 500 pounds of our money. Beside Pro Activa Open Arms, 500 pounds (640€) will go to the organization Cool Earth. Thats a requirement of the Mongol Rally organization. COOL EARTH IS THE CHARITY THAT WORKS ALONGSIDE INDIGENOUS VILLAGES TO HALT RAINFOREST DESTRUCTION. They put local people back in control, giving them the resources they need to keep their forest intact. And by saving at-risk rainforest, we form shields for millions of acres of neighbouring forest.
