Gone are the days of global exploration where tireless pioneers would risk everything for a chance to see and experience things that others would scarcely dream of. In a world increasingly indued with the stagnancy of modern life, we will be the ones to take their standard and bear it proudly. We will say no to prepackaged, all-inclusive holidays and yes to roadside goat stews, yak butter tea, and the joys of international bureaucracy. Our 10,000 mile odyssey from London to Ulaanbaatar is not going to be easy, but why should it be?

We do however need you help. As part of the requirements for the Mongol Rally each team needs to raise £1000 for a Mongolian based charity of choice. We have decided throw our support behind the Mongolian division of Mercy Corps. This organization has been giving much needed support to help build and maintain communities throughout Mongolia since 1999 (more information on Mercy Corps operations can be found via our charity link). So search under your sofa cushions, empty those jars filled with smash, or perhaps even open up your wallets if you feel so inclined and help contribute to our Mercy Corps Mongolia fund! Any contribution would be greatly appreciated, as it would help chip away at our £1000 goal. Many thanks in advance!
