Tŷ Hafan is a paediatric palliative care charity that offers care to life-limited children, young people and their families, at every step of their difficult journeys. The charity offers comfort, care and support to all those affected in the hospice, in the community and in their home so they can make the most of the time they have left together. They also provide a place for parents and carers to recharge their battery and do not forget the needs of brothers and sisters facing loosing a sibling.
