These locals we met at a Chye shop on the side of the main road and after we got chatting with them, they told us about the spot and they let us down here which was about 2K off. The main road would never have found it. This place is thousands of years old and people carved those caves out of the rocks.
10km along the track we still have hotel following
Meeting a bank chairman
Managed to find a place that is going to cook us an inlet ,,,, I think .
We have been welcomed into this town and meeting all of the families, and we are just visiting the printing shop of the boys who guided us here through all the back roads
Two guys who socialise and work together, in engineering, and business advising. You name it one of us is into it and keen to give it a go. Both love motorbikes and intrepid journeys getting out there and doing it.
Child Cancer Foundation
Finding out your child has cancer turns your life upside down. It happens to more than three Kiwi families every week. None of them ever thought it would happen to their child. Cancer doesn’t care about these children or their families. Child Cancer Foundation does. Child Cancer Foundation is a New Zealand charity that provides support to children and families on their cancer journey. We support them every step of the way, helping them overcome challenges and maintain control of their lives. We focus on the whānau, not the cancer. No two families’ experiences are the same, and neither is the nature of the support they need. One thing is always the same: we support every family so they can concentrate on the most important thing of all, loving and caring for their child.
Cool Earth
Cool Earth exists because right now, the world is in a climate crisis. The most effective way to fight back is to protect the best carbon-storing technology that already exists: rainforest. And the best way to do that? Back, support, and listen to the people living there. Indigenous peoples and local communities have lived in balance with rainforest for thousands of years and are the real rainforest experts. They are people who face extreme injustice whilst living on the front line of the climate crisis.
