800cc might not sound like very much...

 

Good news!! The pure awesome that is the Daewoo Matiz (henceforth to be referred to as the "RazzaMatiz"  is now ours, MOT'd and fully stickered up.

After getting it insured, we took it out for its maiden voyage around Leeds city centre. I must say, this little beast performed admirably! 800cc might not sound like very much, and that's because it isn't. They key here seems to be working the gearbox like demon - you must maintain the momentum like a racing driver. Fail to do that and you may start rolling backwards.

Next steps? Well, sponsorship for one. That's out priority now;  that and filling the roof with spotlights and fitting a CB radio.
