Been at the Honda shop for 2 days, the engine suffered catastrophic top end failure again. So bit the bullet and created a lifan Honda love child hybrid supersport version. Got the 150cc block bored out to 200cc the other intermittent electrical issues have been rectified with guile and cunning. Ed has made a stereo out of an old Gerry can, a pair of speakers and a small amp, complete with USB charger. So hopefully we'll leave in the next 2 hours. Camping on the mountain is on the cards tonight. My thoughts go out to my friends at home.
