An Introduction

Nat, Sonya and I have been rebadged team Steam Punked Sahasee (Hindi for Adventurers), and are undertaking a 2500km journey the length of India in an Auto Rickshaw (Tuk Tuk) - driving over 14 hours a day, with a maximum speed of up to 50km/h and as much torque as a frog on valium!

That all sounds pretty easy I hear you say, add in that it's the middle of summer in India and we are dressed up in classical steampunk adventurer ensembles it promises to yield plenty of tears. Don't worry we'll video the whole thing (well all the interesting bits and emotional breakdowns).

4 Months Until the Adventure Begins

Four months until our adventure begins, flights booked, initial accommodation and waiting for confirmation regarding a first class overnight train trip from Delhi to Jaisalmer on the 29th March.

Haven't had any contact from The Adventurists as yet, but assume this will happen once they run the January Rickshaw Run.

There's just myself and my wife (Nat) at the moment, contacting some friends to see if we can find a third adventurer for the trip.

Four months seems a long way off....
