Hovd, Mongolia
we've had an incredible day driving. Mongolia really doesn't have roads! Knocked the exhaust badly, sounds more rally-like though...
Bayan Olgii, Mongolia
we've made it to Mongolia! After almost 2days getting through the border! The car is sort of struggling, 1500km of bad roads left!
Biysk, Russian Federation
staying in the russian hills. Met horhay today who works in london and is cycling to Mongolia. Sat round a fire with a mountain man now.
Barnaul, Russian Federation
we're staying in the plushest hotel we could find, due to the next 7-10 days being miles from anywhere. Going for a mexican now.
Semey, Kazakhstan
we're in a bar that's made of bamboo... Its weird. Having kebab, bread and coca cola. Leaving Kazak tomorrow. Bring on russia!
Cinoz, Uzbekistan
crossed into our final 'stan last night. Slept on the table of a roadside truck stop. Not what you call a good nights sleep But enjoyable
Samarkand, Uzbekistan
we're in samarqand. Had our first break down yesterday. A brake leak, caused by uzbek's terrible roads! We'll fix it today. Kazak next
