Rolled the bike today but I’m still alive! I’ll need a new ankle though. WiFi has been catch as catch can, so updating has been sparse, but we’ve been riding hard to make up for initial delays, and are now back on schedule, and hopefully cleared to worst of the Atlas. Three days left!
We’ve arrived at the edge of the Sahara near Merzouga, and training day is upon us. The next week promises blowing sands, biting wind, and chapped asses.
We’re here in Marrakech and ready for adventure! Looking forward to meeting the other teams tonight!
Just registered for the Monkey Run! Now I just have to figure out everything else about this adventure. Any tips?
