3 little rickshaw problems all sorted now.

after total brake failure were now fixed again with a roof rack thats not held on by elastic. Hopefully it makes it to shillong and doesnt need repairing for a fourth time! Back on the road again now not too many potholes on this one fingers crossed it stays that way.
