The Sri Musketeers haven't posted any updates yet.
As best friend trio, we don’t just travel, we fight for adventure. We’ve trotted the globe, survived endless layovers, and crossed many international borders. Whether sleeping on a phinisi boat in Indonesia, trekking the base of Fitz Roy in Patagonia, or navigating the vast dunes of the Sahara, absolutely nothing has been off-limits.
But our next adventure? Well, that’s shifting into a *slightly* more questionable gear.
We've signed ourselves up with The Adventurists for a glorious 7-day triumph (fiasco?) crossing the beautiful island nation of Sri Lanka, all behind the wheel of Tuk Tuk. Yes, a Tuk Tuk. This noble quest will invite us to duel with local traffic, parry oncoming potholes, and navigate wild elephant territory to the soundtrack of a sputtering 7hp lawnmower engine.
We've cheekily dubbed ourselves The Sri Musketeers (it’s punny, it’s cute, it’s us) and we will be raising little cash for our friends over at Cool Earth, a non-profit that directly funds Indigenous villages to help them protect endangered rainforests and combat the climate crisis.
Look. Will we face mechanical breakdowns? Absolutely. Will our friendship survive the ultimate tuk-of-war? Only time will tell. But as we charge into the glorious chaos, we do it with honor, astute preparation, and...uh, absolutely no reverse gear.
We promise to share updates from our three-wheeled odyssey through the most reliable channels available: carrier pigeons, bottled messages, and Instagram.
Bid us goodwill and safety.
All for one, and one rickshaw!
Cool Earth
Exists to champion the relationship between people, rainforest and climate. And the best way to do that? Back, support and listen to the people living there and take climate action with Cool Earth.
