Domodedovo Moscow Airport, Moscow Oblast, Russia
Moscow !! Half-way on distance, sadly not even close on time, let the long lay-overs begin.

Finally on the way back. The wheels of misfortune are coming home !!
Slyudyanka, Irkutsk Oblast, Russia
Sadly we think Noah the Maestro's adventure may have reached its end. Unable to climb hills without the engine cutting out we are stuck here at the lake with no way to move in either direction. Good sense looks to prevail and we will be getting a tow back to Ulan Ude to put it on the train home.

So the repairs failed. To be completely honest We aren't entirely sue whether we will get past this one. The local mechanics can't find any fault but for some reason the car just dies going uphill. This might be the end of the road for us if we cant even find a problem to fix. Wish us luck for tomorrow!

So we have new spark plugs and have bodged the distributor with a screw through the middle. Lets see how far this "fix" gets us. Hopefully we can make up the ground and get flying through Russia soon

So it seems we can no longer go uphill. The car is just dying under load at the moment and we are having to restart it with spray, lets see if the local mechanics can sort us out
Ulan-Ude, Buryatia, Russia
THE FINISH LINE !!!!!!!!!!!!
WE HAVE DONE IT
Now for some drinks...........
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
Ulaanbaatar!!!! The spiritual finish of the rally. We have made it!! Iain is going to have to get a bus tomorrow while we get new brakes so this is going to be our final stop as a full team. :(
Arvaikheer, Uvurkhangai, Mongolia
After an epic tow we have made it to town and are getting a new belt of sorts made up. Sadly Iain's timeframe is getting very tight for his flight so we think he may have to leave us if we have any more problems.
Bayangovi, Mongolia
Okay I'll admit this is a bit scary. There's a huge storm outside and our main belt just gave out. We have no electrics so no lights, no cooling for the engine and the timing has gone. We have had to push it off the road in the dark and rain into a ditch and are trying to get some sleep through this biblical weather.
