**So far, as a team, I believe we have....** 1 x headtorch (no batteries)*2 x roles of silver tape *1 x Freeze-dried meatballs.*A tent. Just.*20 x Plasters. Waterproof. Fisrt aid kit, done.*NO protective head gear.*1 x compas, from a toy shop, but it "still works".*1 x nappy. Because you never know.* **Pretty much got everything covered. Come on Peru, bring it...! **Â

<font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><div class="content"><h1 style="font-size: large">The Mototaxi Junket, Winter 2012</h1><h1 style="font-size: large"><font size="4">On the 27th of December Angela Ireland, Jen Sturrock and Richard Lazarus are embarking on what can only be described as SHEER STUPIDITY. We are heading off to deepest darkest Peru, in search of Paddington's family. I joke. Obviously.</font></h1><div class="frp-message-body" id="story" style="height: auto"><p style="font-size: large"><font size="3">We are in fact going to attempt to travel 1500ks across the Andes, through jungle and over desert on what is essentially a motor bike sawn in half with a two seater sofa taped to the back. Oh Yes.</font></p><p style="font-size: large"><font size="3">And why are we doing this I hear you ask? Well it is all in the name of good old fashioned adventure and fundraising. A condition of being allowed to take part in this once in a lifetime journey with The Adventurists is that we raise a minimum of £1000 for some VERY GOOD causes. We are fundraising for <strong><a href="http://practicalaction.org/" title="Practical Action" target="_blank">Practical Action</a></strong> and </font><a href="http://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/" target="_blank"><font size="3"><strong>Mental Health Foundation Scotland</strong>.</font></a><font size="3"> Being the annoying do gooders we are we obviously intend to smash the £1000 target and raise far more. We have set up this page as an easy way for all you lovely people to support us but we will also be hosting a range of events and fundraisers which will be amazing.
