After a unlucky attempt to be part of the 2024 Mongol Rally challengers, meaning to say that my trusty 2CV let me down with such engine problems not even being able to make it to the start in Prague, my only function in life is to succeed in the 2025 edition of the Mongol Rally. Planning to go through Iran, Turkmenistan, onto the Pamir Highway onward the finish in Kazachstan. And if that wouldn’t be enough, I decided to drive back home again with a slightly different route, from west Kazachstan through Russia, Georgia and Turkey. No guts no glory…..
