We're in Kazakhstan!Made it to Volgograd which was well worth the visit and spent last night in Atyrau in Kazakhstan.Made it as far as Beyneu tonight on great roads although apparently tomorrow the fun will start as the road is non existent! Currently in the desert in the middle of nowhere with camels causing traffic jams so hence no major website update but plenty of stories to be told! May not be home for Christmas at this rate!

We drove for 30hrs non stop to try and make up lost time!Now in Russia headin for Volgograd after a good nights kip.38 degrees!!

We eventually got through the Ukraine border after a bit of craic with the guards although they did hold us up for 4hrs with Rab having a rather interesting meeting as he is the owner of Sadie!With too much time lost it was decided to drive through the night to make up lost time!

We eventually found the Transfagarasan which certainly lives up to its title as the best driving road in the world! We then headed to Bucharest for the night and are now headed for Ukraine via Moldova. Moldovian border guards are great craic!!......................NOT!
Prague, Czech Republic
Spent a few hours in Prague and then headed to the Czech Out party in a castle which was in the middle of nowhere! We have just called into the Sedlec Ossuary and our now on our way in search of the best driving road in the world! Transfagarasan in Romania. Thanks Top Gear!@

Just left Colditz Castle which we slept beside last night. En route to Prague for our first and last checkpoint!

Had a great day today at the Nurburgring. Met a guy Justin from Bangor NI, who took us all for a lap in his BMW M3 CSL!! Amazing! En route to Colditz now along the autoban so making good progress! Prague on the plans for tomorrow. All going well so far- tarmac is great!@

We have just had the honour of being placed in pole position on the grid at Goodwood Race Track to lead off the entire fleet of Mongol Rally teams! Roll on the adventure! Nurburgring and Colditz tomorrow via France, Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg. Good times!
