We made it!! After Pushka we headed to Jodphur, a couple of breakdowns on the way but generally a good drive. Got to Jodphur in the middle of a festival and got swamped by people. Left there earlyish yesterday am and Eleanor decided that would run like a dream for the 1st 150km, no stalling, fuelling and all at 60kph. First time and last time as we pushed on and made it here at 3.30pm. Keys given back and no more Eleanor.@

Well, the service obviosly didn't help us as we started to lose power again today. Found another mechanic who changed a little screw in the carb and know she's running well. In hounour of a good long run we've named her eleanor! Tim and laurie have not be so lucky as there service obviously didn't work and the second mechanic didn't fix there problem so well. There currnetly on tow here now.

Well, after a very long and eventful 24hrs which saw travel from Kushinagar to Gorakphur then hang around in the train station for 7 hrs, then load the tuk tuks on a train, which we then boarded, very cramped uncomfortable and smelly. We then arrived at Tundla at 3.30am and tried to remove the tuk tuks but ours got stuck!! After much pulling and pushing from kev, myself and lots of porters, we yanked it out, minus the wheel arches and mud guards! We then had to sit around through some indian beauracracy we finally got on the road to Agra, only to have Tim and Lauries tuk tuk breakdown, then start, then breakdown, then start, all the way. Now splashing out in The Gateway Hotel in Agra and going to get the tuk tuks booked in for some much needed servicing!@
