Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Ulanbatar, Mongolia. Day 43. Well after a massive push we arrived at 3.30am and only had our mate there to meet us, and a load of wasted people walking back from the party. We drove for 22 hours and covered the last 750km. Total we did 18,030km in 42 days. The car is looking pretty sad. Lost the convoy 9 hours from finish line. Was driving with a toy compass and map for 4 hours untill we found a road. Just headed east. Crazy. Glad to be done and no more driving. Epic journey. Thanks all for your help.

Govi-Altai, Mongolia

Day 42. Altai, Mongolia. 10,209 miles done, were halfway across Mongolia. The roads were shocking for 2 full days driving. Hardly call them roads, we were only doing 20mph. The dust is relentless, driving with masks on, everything is covered. On dirt track now doing 30-40 mph. Final finish party in UB 2moro night, were not looking good for time. @

, Mongolia

The 600km through russia to the Mongolia boarder was amazing, like the canadian rocky's, sown capped mountains, blue lakes and awesome roads. Took 7.5 hours to get through the russian customs side. Arrived at mongol customs at 5.30pm left 1pm the next day. Congrates to the convoy for making this far.

Biysk, Russia

Biysk, Russia. Day 37. Temp has dropped to 9 degress. Heading to mongol boarder today, about 600 km away. Ran out of gas, 3rd convoy member a ford transit ambulance towed us 30 miles to next station. Gas here is awesome, had some Shit in Kaz which made car struggle alot. I'm on a low today, throwing up last night, feeling rough today.

Semey, Kazakhstan

Semey, Kazakhstan. Day 35, heading to the russian boarder. Had problems starting car today. Borat movie doesn't do this country any good. Should be meeting up with the Germans in russia if they get there visa's today. Roads have been getting worse the more north we go. Car's are taking a beating on the pot holes. @

, Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan, Just got pulled over by corrupt police for not having my lights on, $50 fine, took my licence and put it in his pocket. Said i had no money and had to go to bank. English team came around corner and got the same fine. We said we will pay at police station, took his details and car details. 20min of standing around he gave us our licence's back and said GO. , Tajikistan

Day 29 Tajikistan, heading to Kyrgyzstan boarder, slow going as 3 out of the 4 english boys are real sick. Were stopping ever 10min for them to puke and Shit. Poor guys as we have a big drive today. Pamir has been amazing to drive through. Massive mountains with no one around. Going through pass at 4700m soon. @
