Introduction

We have finally realised that the Mongol Rally is a reality, we have a vehicle and eagerly await our visas. The team comprises myself, Paul and my son Oliver.

Our vehicle is a Suzuki Jimny, which looks great on the outside, but mechanically we are not so sure, I suppose we will probably find out more in some far off country.

We intend to travel via Iran though various 'Stans' then up through Russia and in to Mongolia.

We are hoping to raise money for the Christina Noble Foundation, as well as the Sandpiper Trust and the RNLI
