we reached the town of the temples in excellent time and had the whole of the afternoon there, we went to see them for a few hours and had a couple of nice meals, the weather was abysmal but the hotel staff were great. On the way to Gwalior now, then to Agra and the taj mahal.

made it to Rewa after a ridiculously frustrating day, took 12 hours to travel 215 km, looks like a nice place though and we have hot water! On to see some temples tomorrow!

Yesterday an early 5am start saw us comfortably cover the 250km to Varanasi and at last make it out of Bihar!! With all going well we thought our fortunes had changed but heavy downpours soon sought to alter this and make life very difficult at our destination! Still onto Rewa today with so far much better weather!
