We made another pole yesterday! We raced to pole #15, Through the Hills, to make it before midnight... And we did! Of course everyone can take a picture in the dark and claim to be at a pole, but the w3w compass doesn't lie.
On the last day of pole hunting, we've been racing through Romania!
We made it to pole #25, the Pole of Toxicity this afternoon. Truly horrific.
We saw some fire at pole #51 today! As if it wasn't hot enough already...
We made it to the Eagle's nest! Pole #49 in Turkey! It was the first time we had to hike to a pole, but it was worth it :)

We then realised we booked a ferry for the next day ad had to go collect a third pole in susbery Salisbury and booked it down there
Collected POI 6 on the 12/07/2022. We followed the path, found the pole the decided to make our own path through the moors! #polesofinconvenience

For years we’ve pondered extending the gangly tentacles of the mighty Mongol Rally. This is the year the global expansion begins.
We can’t drive to Mongolia so we sent our crack research team into the wilds of Georgia to start laying down the dirt tracks for the new adventure.
Setting forth from the UK and meeting up at the legendary Czechout Launch we’ll roll forth to tackle all that a reasonably large chunk of the world can throw at them.
But just getting to the finish of anything is too simple so we’ve wedged the biggest spanner we could find into the gears of the Machine of Sensible. The result is the Poles of Inconvenience.
